Avolta (VTX:AVOL) investors are sitting on a loss of 62% if they invested five years ago
While not a mind-blowing move, it is good to see that the Avolta AG (VTX:AVOL) share price has gained 12% in the last three months. But don't envy holders -- looking back over 5 years the returns have been really bad. In fact, the share price has declined rather badly, down some 66% in that time. So we're not so sure if the recent bounce should be celebrated. Of course, this could be the start of a turnaround.
Since shareholders are down over the longer term, lets look at the underlying fundamentals over the that time and see if they've been consistent with returns.
