AstraZeneca PLC ADR outperforms competitors despite losses on the day
The AstraZeneca PLC ADR slid 0.73% to $66.23 Friday, on what proved to be an all-around favorable trading session for the stock market, with the NASDAQ Composite Index rising 1.88% to 12,390.69 and the Dow Jones Industrial Average rising 0.97% to 32,845.13. This was the ADR's second consecutive day of losses. AstraZeneca PLC ADR closed $5.47 short of its 52-week high ($71.70), which the company reached on April 8th.
